The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and had good amenities. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
the room decor could be improved and felt a bit outdated. it was a decent stay, but with a few areas that could use improvement.

The two bills had to be paid in cash. Even though credit card was activated. Should be credited again .. ???. Very complicated procedure

Bed, room size and bathroom were good.
26 is too much for breakfast. 12 per day for Wifi is not good. Because of the latter, I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Windows that cannot be opened are no fun either. 3 days of forced air conditioning ensured that I came home with a cold. Overall: Indisputable, absolutely not recommended!

The service of the very young staff left much to be desired.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was truly remarkable. From the moment we stepped into the spacious lobby, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attentive staff made us feel right at home, providing us with exceptional service throughout our stay. The size of the room was impressive, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. We were delighted to find a cozy sitting area, where we could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and even a pair of slippers for added comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and a mini-bar, ensuring that our every need was met.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting because it provides reflections of fashion as an important part of Dusseldorf's lifestyle. The newly renovated hotel offers easy access to the airport and Old Town, spacious guest accommodations, on-site dining, a bar, and a seasonal terrace. The 11 meeting rooms and other facilities such as restaurants, sauna, solarium, business center, conference rooms, garage.
The hotel did not offer a dedicated work area or a business center with internet access, which I missed for my work needs.

The bed was comfortable.
Using the phone in the room the prices were ridiculously high, room never seemd to be completely done after the cleaners had finished. Used the phone to phone Uk for about 14 mins and was charged over 80 EURO for this.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious room and a helpful staff. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the Old Town and attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, allowing us to check-in early and providing helpful suggestions for local activities.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce a wider variety of options for breakfast.
